Advertising policy
Creative, vertical and compliance rules for campaigns running on the GHMX network.
We review every campaign before it goes live and monitor it while it runs. These rules protect users, publishers and advertisers alike. A campaign that breaches them may be paused without prior notice, and repeated breaches may end the account.
1. Accepted verticals
We work with iGaming, sports betting, finance and forex, e-commerce, mobile applications, dating, sweepstakes, software and utilities, and nutra and health offers. Acceptance is always subject to licensing in the target GEOs and to the review described below.
2. Restricted verticals
- Gambling and betting — only where the operator holds a valid licence for the target market and the creative includes required responsible-gaming notices.
- Finance and crypto — claims must be truthful and substantiated. No guaranteed returns, fabricated testimonials or impersonation of public figures.
- Health and nutra — no medical claims, before/after fabrication or targeting that implies a diagnosis. Local advertising rules for supplements apply.
- Dating — no explicit content in mainstream inventory and no profiles of real people used without consent.
3. Prohibited content
- Illegal products or services, including unlicensed pharmaceuticals and counterfeit goods.
- Malware, spyware, forced installs, browser-lock or scareware behaviour.
- Adult sexual content, except in separate adult inventory where permitted and explicitly agreed.
- Hate speech, harassment, or content that discriminates against protected groups.
- Misleading government or celebrity endorsements, fake news formats and impersonation.
- Schemes that require recruitment payments, or get-rich-quick promises with no product.
- Anything that targets minors, or that markets age-restricted products without age gating.
4. Creative requirements
Creative must reflect the landing page it leads to. The offer, price and conditions shown in the ad must appear on the page. Notifications and push copy may not disguise themselves as system alerts, security warnings or messages from a person the user knows. Countdown timers and scarcity claims must be accurate.
5. Landing pages
Landing pages must load reliably, display a privacy policy and terms where required, and make unsubscribe or contact options available. Pages that auto-download files, trigger multiple popups or redirect to unrelated domains are rejected.
6. Tracking and consent
Advertisers are responsible for obtaining any consent required in the target market for tracking and for the collection of conversion data. Postback endpoints must be secure and must not collect more data than the conversion event requires.
7. Publisher inventory
Publishers may not place GHMX-served ads on pages that breach this policy, on incentivised click pages without disclosure, or in positions that deceive users into clicking. Traffic sources must be disclosed during onboarding and kept accurate.
8. Review and enforcement
We review campaigns manually before launch and may request documentation, including licences and substantiation for claims. Where a breach is suspected, we may pause delivery, withhold payment for invalid traffic and, in serious cases, terminate the account. Advertisers can appeal a decision by writing to [email protected].
9. Reporting a concern
If you see an ad on our network that appears to breach this policy, send the URL, a screenshot and the time you saw it to [email protected]. We investigate every report.
