This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have. It applies to ghmxtechnology.com and to the advertising and publisher services provided by GHMX TECHNOLOGY INC (“GHMX”, “we”, “us”).

Information you provide

When you create an account, place an order, apply as a publisher or contact us, we collect the details you submit: name, business email, company, website, country, phone or messaging handle, billing information and any campaign brief you write.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers record technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed and timestamps. We use this to operate the site, prevent abuse and understand which pages are useful.

Advertising data

When we deliver a campaign, we process technical identifiers such as click IDs, sub-IDs, device type, country and conversion events reported by the advertiser. This data is used to deliver, measure and optimise advertising. We do not use it to identify you personally.

2. How we use information

• To create and administer advertiser and publisher accounts.
• To deliver, measure and optimise advertising campaigns.
• To process orders, invoices and payouts, and to meet accounting obligations.
• To respond to enquiries and provide account support.
• To detect fraud, invalid traffic and violations of our advertising policy.
• To send service messages about your account. Marketing email is only sent with consent and can be unsubscribed at any time.

3. Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the services you request), legitimate interests (operating and improving our business, preventing fraud), consent (where we ask for it, such as marketing email) and legal obligation (tax, accounting and lawful requests).

4. Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the business — hosting, email delivery, payment and accounting providers — under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell personal data.

Account and order records are kept for as long as the account is active and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting rules. Campaign statistics are retained in aggregated or pseudonymised form. Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months unless a business relationship continues.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, hashed passwords and least-privilege access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we review our controls regularly and limit access to personal data to people who need it.

8. International transfers

Our servers and service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal data outside its country of origin.

9. Your rights
