A DTC apparel brand at 5.8× ROAS on native
Paid social was saturating. We opened a new channel with native placements and product-led editorial creatives, then measured revenue rather than clicks.
Client: DTC apparel brand (confidential)
The challenge
The brand had maxed out its strongest social audiences and was paying more for every incremental order. It needed a second demand source without damaging margin or brand perception.
The approach
We built native campaigns around the products that already had the best repeat-purchase rate, using editorial angles instead of discount messaging. In-page push handled retargeting at a fraction of social CPMs. Revenue postbacks fed the campaign, and placements below the blended margin target were cut every Monday.
What we would do differently
No campaign is perfect. In this account we would start source-level cuts one week earlier and ship local-language creative for the second-largest GEO before scaling spend. Both would have shortened the path to the target cost per event.
Native gave us room to talk about the product instead of shouting about a sale.
Let’s build your version of this.
We will map the offer to the formats and sources most likely to produce your target event.
