A forex broker’s first 1,000 funded accounts
A regulated broker wanted funded accounts, not leads. We combined native and pre-roll with a qualification-first funnel in three MENA markets.
Client: Forex broker (confidential)
The challenge
The broker's previous agency optimised for form fills. Volume was high, but most leads never completed KYC or made a deposit. Compliance also required careful creative review in every market.
The approach
We rebuilt the funnel around a short qualification quiz, then optimised toward funded-account postbacks. Native placements carried educational angles — spreads, regulation, platform walkthroughs — while pre-roll handled brand credibility. All creative passed the broker's compliance review before launch, and no performance claims were used.
What we would do differently
No campaign is perfect. In this account we would start source-level cuts one week earlier and ship local-language creative for the second-largest GEO before scaling spend. Both would have shortened the path to the target cost per event.
Qualification-first changed the economics. Fewer leads, far more accounts.
Let’s build your version of this.
We will map the offer to the formats and sources most likely to produce your target event.
